I wish i could do it, but i'd need a photo shop for dummies guide, lol.

You don't actually need Photoshop to do this.
I paste the blank into Word and then add text using the WordArt function.
From there, I use the Select All function (Edit menu) and then copy. Next, it gets pasted into Paint and saved as a JPG file.
Then I upload the saved completed image to my Photobucket.com account. After that, I open up the picture in photobucket and copy and paste it into my post.
Lots of steps, yes, but it works.
