I've got my laptop with me in the car, and I'm using Wi-Fi, so I can pop in to JWD when I'm free. Yep, we'll have to have that coffee, preferably at a Tim Horton's! I'm in Mississauga, but it escapes me where you live in the Toronto area.
It always seems strange to me that in a modern world where DNA sequencing is a daily occurrence and tonnes of trains run on magnets, that so many people show no embarrassment when taking ancient rituals seriously.
The need for Baptism, even when I was a JW, struck me as a pretty silly anachronistic ritual. I could never get very excited about them.

I was baptized twice as a JW. The first time I was about 7 years old and felt I didn't really understand baptism and the second time I was in my twenties. I don't think either time worked.
