Carter is a good man.. but was an idiot as president. We lost a lot of presitge and power under him and the economy was in the pits .... residuals still felt today.
Nixon... he got caught. He pulled this country out of a war and put price controls in place when inflation became unbearable
From what I read: Bush Jrs biggest problem is that he decides things quickly and taked counsel poorly... for that alone I'd rate him as a dolt. He has not broken anything that cannot be fixed...yet.
