Public Speaking - the right way

  YOU NEVER speak for more than 20 minutes top, as the human brain can't really absorb anymore - information overload!! So why in the hell do they have day long conventions and one or two hour meetings? What a complete WASTE of time - outside of the obvious reasons.

  Because all of the talks consist of this:

  Bla, bla, bla, submit to the FDS, bla, bla, bla, bla, beware of apostates, bla, bla, bla, bla, bow down to the FDS. and on and on.

  It takes about 8 hours of repeating those catch phrases and soon everyone is praising the WT in unity.

  Why 45 - 60 minute "talks" when 20 - 25 minutes of speaking is optimal for true reception? Because the talks are not intended to inform by inducing the hearers to reason, but to inculcate the listeners:
