I was looking for something online and found this site.

I wonder if there are any JWD sites out there as graphic and disturbing as this one.

Scientology's way of handling the sick is no more assinine than JW's refusing blood transfusions

    Thanks for watching

    We just watched this.

These people are even more dangerous than the jws. That comment about regarding any opponents as "fair game" is very disturbing.

It is well known that the scientologists are far more wayward and aggressive than the JWs eg if parents object to their child studying with them they may well threaten to sue them for interfering with that child's freedom to choose his/her religion.

There was a fantastic expose` of Scientology in Rolling Stone magazine in the last year or two. I'll see if I can locate it........ I did!

    Inside Scientology

Unlocking the complex code of America's most mysterious religion

    JANET REITMAN

    Nvr,

I printed and read the article you posted. I took alot of notes and will post some things later.

These people are nuts. Here is a paragraph from the link.

These materials, which the Church of Scientology has long struggled to keep secret, were published online by a former member in 1995 and have been widely circulated in the mainstream media, ranging from The New York Times to last year's South Park episode. They assert that 75 million years ago, an evil galactic warlord named Xenu controlled seventy-six planets in this corner of the galaxy, each of which was severely overpopulated. To solve this problem, Xenu rounded up 13.5 trillion beings and then flew them to Earth, where they were dumped into volcanoes around the globe and vaporized with bombs. This scattered their radioactive souls, or thetans, until they were caught in electronic traps set up around the atmosphere and "implanted" with a number of false ideas -- including the concepts of God, Christ and organized religion. Scientologists later learn that many of these entities attached themselves to human beings, where they remain to this day, creating not just the root of all of our emotional and physical problems but the root of all problems of the modern world.

I laughed my butt off when I read this and thought to myself......I really thought too much of John Travolta

South Park also took some hilarious shots at Scientology. Very funny stuff. Not sure how to find links to that though.

Perhaps someone else could help with this?

P.S. - Glad that article was useful to you purps. Reading it really helped me back when I was still an elder.

I figure that the JW's doctrines encouraging suicide (by rejecting organ transplant, vaccines & blood) had cost more lives than Heaven's Gate, People's Temple, Order of the Solar Temple, Movement of the Restoration of the Ten Commandments of God, Filipians, Taiping, Scientology and Al Qaida combined together.
