Authorities were contacted after a victim spoke up to someone at the Hall... maybe all of the protests, publicity and efforts are having results, with things like this being less likely to be covered up? One can only hope...

Nobody at the hall thought it odd that one of the children had a sign on their back reading "This child is evil, she wets the bed..."? I would have made a phone call to somebody, but then again, there were sisters at my hall beating kids in the bathroom so much when they designed the new Hall they put French doors in to muffle the sound...kids screaming from getting beaten up in the back room makes it hard to concentrate...
