FYI (for any who may be watching this thread): StarMoore suggested I go to meetup.com to find others in the Flint area. Upon going there I saw a pic of RawData. Turns out to be someone I have known since we were kids! Had a great phone conversation the other day too.

Well, my schedule has changed a little. I am working nights right now for a few weeks. I get up around 12-1pm, so if you still wanted to come down to EL, that would be cool. I can possibly also make it to Flint on the evening of the 27th(tues). I would have to leave by 10pm to make it back down here by 11.
Don't let me hold everyone else back from making arrangements.

Just spoke with Darth Frosty. (Great guy, by the way.) He and I are definitely getting together on Monday night. My flight doesn't land until 4:45pm in Flint--then I'll probably be at my hotel by about 5:45pm. Darth was planning on driving to Flint from Detroit, but whatever makes the most sense is fine with me. I'll get a rental car, and will be happy to drive wherever. Jourles is trying to work something out too.
Anyone else able to get together Monday evening?

Geez. I wish you guys were just a little closer. Flint is prob 4 hours from here. Sure would love to see you guys, but I am recovering from surgery last week, and don't think I should travel that far. Dang!

Well, I can't make it up there tomorrow. Wish I could, but I'm needed elsewhere. It's looking like Wednesday around noon is my only window of opportunity.
My schedule is so sporadic right now. I'm the only person covering my office and I've got a bunch of vendors and installers here needing access at all times of the day. I started working nights last week and it will continue for another couple of weeks. Sorry I can't make it up there with the group.
