Neck and back cracking.

    PEC. Good info. Thanks for posting that. I do think that a lot of chiropractors are quacks, and in some cases, can do more harm than good. I've been to chiropractors in the past and whenever they manipulated my spine and neck, it never felt natural. But, when I crack my own neck and spine, it just feels natural, like my body knows what vertabrae to crack, and how much force to exert. I think some chiropractors exert too much force to get that "cracking" sound, and in places where it perhaps isn't needed.

    I do the neck & back crackin' from time to time but I don't force anything. It does seem to help ease or get rid of some headaches too. People tell me of their experiences with chiropracters and I think I'll stay away from the professional crackers. For now at least.
