Don't spend too much time on the name. I've seen places with names that someone obviously spend waaaaay too much time on. It makes the place appear as though the management doesn't know how to actually run a business and tries to compensate by being clever in the name of the business.

Some of my fav's from a prior town were "The Wetlands Brewpub" and "The Pour House Tavern"
"The Brown Bag" has a nice ring.

If it were a gay bar, I would suggest "the chocolate starfish", but for a regular watering hole, I would say "My Place".

"Rose and Thorne" (Actual name a local pub) Regulars called it RAT for short, they ended up creating a rat logo for their uniforms. go figure
