I always wondered what ''r & f'' stood for, when talking about JW members...does it mean righteous and faithful?

If you have any other acronyms you want to know about you should bring them up. Eg AFAIK means as far as I know, WTG "way to go" or, "well that's good", iirc if I recall correctly, fwiw for what it's worth.
