  What should I be?

  I'm good with people - I would make a cool waiter.
  I'm quick on my feet - I should become an ice skater.
  I left "the truth" - I guess that makes me a traitor.
  But even though I left, I don't hate our creator.
  I don't like control - I guess I'm not a dictator
  I do like art - I could become a curator
  I know another language - maybe a translator?
  Naw, I know what I like - I'll be a master (de)bater.

  Hey all. This is the first poem I've written since coming out about being an ex-jw. What do you think?

  You planning on writing more?

  I used to write poetry but lost the art. I think it's easier when you're just writing off the top of your head - don't plan too much what you'll write.

  Thanks Sad emo and troubled mind. I appreciate your comments. I love writing poems. I'm not sure what I'll do next, but I'm planning on writing more poems and stories and such.

  I'm curious--what nationality are you? I've been wondering by your pic if you're east Indian or hispanic. And what other language do you speak?

  Thanks J-ex-W. Actually, I'm mostly Norwegian. I'm not sure where the dark hair comes from. My mom, dad, and grandparents all had/have dark hair too. The other language I speak is Spanish.
