Their marriage was doomed from the start since they didn't have that third cord know as Jehovah in their lives.

I read this today - divorce sucks but better now than later for her and those kids. I always felt badly for her because I always sensed a sort of desperate desire she had in wanting someone to love her. Being young and thinking she was in love- wanting a family so much - she made a mistake but thank goodness she's crawling out from under it now. She will emerge a much stronger and independent woman for the experience. sammieswife.

Glad she had a pre-nup. He drug her DOWN. Ok, this is me being shallow, but he is not attractive, has ugly and rude habits, is a bad dresser and acts like trailer trash. On the negative side, he is not a person I would ever say "oh, he seems like a nice boy". Better now than later. She can rescue her career(for what it is, anyway), but he was kind of hopeless from the get go. Probably should have stayed married to her HS friend if she just wanted a nice husband and family. Seemed like a nice kid. Anyhow I was surprised it lasted 2 whole years!
