blondie: The real killer is the almost completely hidden policy of determining that sexual misconduct has taken place if 2 people of the opposite sex (or a known homosexual) stay overnight unchaperoned.

I agree. That is the most Pharisaical one of the lot, IMO. It need not even be overnight, I know of two instances where the decision was to disfellowship when it wa only some hours, one during the day, the other at night. Both parties swore they did nothing illicit. The axe fell regardless.

Kaitekitten wrote"Its anything you do thats both naughty and pleasurable but cannot be described as adultery or fornication.

So rubbing your bits or rubbing someone elses bits, kissing, licking nibbling or otherwise pleasuring yourself or anyone else in any possible way you can think of that is not technically adultery or fornication. If you enjoy it, sitting on the waching machine when its on spin cycle is pornea. If you dont enjoy it, then you are just doing the washing."

Im quite worried by this, i had an ice cream the other day and rubbed the little coloured bits into it , which i quite enjoyed. OOOHHHHH woe is me ive had pornea with my ice cream .

For a JW, pornea is anything that makes your conscience hurts and everything else feel good!!!!!

Hi Im new here, this is an interesting topic. Im confused though, I mean I know its not allowed for unmarried people to do anything with their own body or another person's body which is enjoyable, but what about married couples? does this mean that if you are married you are not allowed to masturbate your partner or have oral sex? Or do married couples have to refrain from this as well?

If Im reading this right it means that all foreplay is out, no touching your partners genitals and theyre not allowed to touch yours?

What exactly are married JW couples allowed to do in bed? and who supervises what they do? lol surely what a man and his wife do between the sheets is up to them and no one else's business?

lol the whole thing sounds ludicrous to me.

    Bad Girl,

Officially, a JW husband and wife are not suppose to engage in anal or oral sex. There was a time when the elders felt it was their responsibility to inquire as to what goes on in the bedroom and if the above mentioned acts were engaged in, you could be df'd. I knew of one woman who got df'd because her non-witness husband insisted on oral sex.

I think now it is up to the married couple to keep it in line with WT standards, the elders are no longer sex police.
