Poopie you're right the certificate is in appendix A. But where does it say he is black? Carr says both parents are listed as white. What odd evidence! -

Carr's got a new homepage, where he states he was in the Christian congregation from 1975 to 2004, which seems to be his rather odd way of saying he's been DFed or he DAed.
