Looks that way, Leolaia. Fortunately, (I checked) it was registered in the name of Charles Taze Russell. I suspect the authorities would have a tough time tracking the owner down if they ever decided to pursue it. Maybe the sites owner will find space in mainland China...maybe the Chinese government would help if they knew what it was for.
I hope the owner doesn't give up on the idea. I am sure there are plenty of people out here who have complete collections of the pubs that were made available through that site. Even for its brief stay, it was a huge success in distributing what the WTS wants to keep hidden.
