If you are still in school and your school has a counselor, then speak to them about this. They are professionals and can get your friend the help he needs. This man you mentioned is an adult and he needs the help of adults. If he is acting inappropriately with your teenage friend, then he needs to stop.

Welcome. It can be a big deal if nothing is done and this man goes on to become more bold with your friend and actually sexually abuses him.
You are a good friend to listen. Maybe you can encourage your friend go to the authorities if serious innapropriate touching has occured. It is against the law and could have lasting emotional damage for the boy. Perhaps if he speaks to you further, you could ask your parents for help in determining what to do.

I saw a special on cable about the groups in Utah that practice plural marriages. One man made his daughter (about 16) marry his brother. When she ran away, he beat her so badly she lost conciousness. When she came to in the barn, she walked a long way to a public phone and called the authorities. What courage! Her father and his brother were arrested, but of course, the girl will now most certainly be shunned by all for bringing "reproach" on their group.
Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
