DANG!!! Nina...........I wish I lived down there............I have all of those skills PLUS, and I worked for a temp agency as their receptionist and was the Admin. Asst....in fact, before they hired me, I was sent on a temp assignment to a mid sized manufacturing complex and went in expecting a normal phone with 4 lines.......they had a whole computerized system with voice mail, paging, and other features........after 3 days I was told they wanted to hire me. I love being a receptionist, you meet the neatest people.

You can't Apparate or Disapparate in Dallas.
Surely you can get beamed up using the transporter!! Geeze Nina, I'm probably somewhat overqualified for the job, but you got somethin' down there that no money can buy up here: WARM WEATHER YEAR ROUND!!! p.s. And yes you can apparate and disapparte in Dallas, as no one bothered to put invisible charms and spells up 'round the city.
