It's online (sooner than I expected).

    http://www.temoinsdejehovah.info/themes/docs/excommunication.htm

You will find the "convocation" I was referring to, and the brand new "comité de discipline religieuse", at the very end of the page.

I think that is French. Unfortunately, the only French I remember from school are the swear words, so that does not help me here. Can anyone provide a translation?

Also, since the WTBTS is so worried that people might compare them to other religions, I find it hard to believe that they would use the word "excommunicate" because people would associate it with the Catholic Church. You know how JWs would feel about that don't ya!

We offer you the following dates and places:

    (...)

On the grounds of alleged apostasy:

    - Is the organisation of Jehovah's Witnesses authoritative for you as far as teaching and management of Christian activities are concerned? Matthew 25:45-47; Hebrews 13:17.

    - Being free to act as you are entitled to, how do you consider 2 John 10 which teaches us not to associate which whomever has broken away from the divine organisation?
