yes in my congregation there was one unbaptised publisher, who faded from the org. He had homosexual relations when he was out. He then got aids, and wanted to come back to the KH. They allow him, gave him study and was baptised.
They did tell him to use another bathroom, one special for him, the others for all other brothers. They told the congregation that there was no risk on catching aids that way, but because the BOE did not want to make anyone stumble that arrangement was choocen.
When he got that sick, and was dying, he really got a lot of love and help from brothers and sisters of the congregation, I have to say that. They really took good care of him.
