Just got back from my doctor and had an interesting chat with her once all the business stuff was done. I had taken the beginning of the Misrepresentation article with me (and a link for her to get it) and a couple of documents about JWs and confidentiality. She said she had not dealt with JWs before but knew others who had. She knows I am an ex-JW and we spoke a bit about the difficulty many must experience after years in an isolated group like the JWs and how hard it might be to integrate into the real world. (That part came from her!). I was smiling inside.
She has done a bit of homework since I first told her that I was a JW.
