Coretta Scott King was a phenomenal women who deserves to be honored and recognized for raising her young children to become seemingly well-adjusted adults who are contributing positively to society and for continuing to perpetuate her husband's legacy.

It's stating the obvious, but it made me realise that her husband could been alive and still able to be living a fairly active life *now* had he not been murdered. It seemed like a long time ago to me (being before I was born) but it really wasn't.

The constitution gives people so many rights but these are not automatically given to all people all the time. I recently saw this movie. It was very true to the historical facts but with an added modern twist in its presentation of the movement.
