Hi kristyann welcome to the board, sorry I just seen your post, Camamile tea is good for a bed time tea. stay away from the black teas with caffeine. I go with herbal teas in the evening.

Also stay away from Green Tea in the evening - usually more caffiene than blacks. Also, stay away from Ginger in the evening.
Celestial Seasonings makes SleepyTime Tea and it's really nice and relaxing.
If you have problems sleeping there are more powerful herbs that can be used.
