How can I use smilies in this forum?

When you go to reply to a post there is a set of tool bars above the text box. One of them is a yellow smiley face. When you click it a box comes up, then click the emoticon you want to use from the box and it will paste it where your cursor is.

Well, I have a light bulb, a paper, thumbs up and down, a red x, yellow triangle, bubble with i, bubble with ?, green ? and blue i. No smilies. What am I missing?

look at the next row down, not the row that starts with the word "icon' at left. Look at the row that says "post" at the left, and you'll see two bent arrows, scissors, 2 pieces of paper, and further to the right, you'll see a "smiley face" Click on that, and let it load up.

Do you have the words "paragraph, font, and size" on your screen? That is, after you hit "reply"?
It should be just above "size", a little to the right. If not, I can't help you.
