Read Daniel chapter 4, Daniel chapter 7, and Luke 21.
I will be very surprised if you come back and tell me that you believe when Jesus referred to the "appointed times of the nations" you think he was talking about Daniel 4 (in any way, shape, form, or fashion).
Due respect to all those who have prepared exhaustive analysis to demonstrate the point, I have done the same, but I believe just reading the context of the Scriptures themselves is as plain as it can possibly get in making the point.
