    Positive reinforcement works. You're doing better than most in writing down your goals and then regularly measuring your success. Every step you take in the direction you want to go is positive, even if it isn't quick or the most direct route.

    Do you have ideas for positive reinforcement? Like posters with charts of progress and such? I'm open to listening to some suggestions if you like.

    Right now, the "negative punishment" which I use is mostly to keep my adherence to schedule allocation "between the lines." I realize that reinforcement, and particularly positve reiforcement, is a very different concept. But, I don't think that I've often formally systematized much external, positive reinforcement.

    Again, I would like to hear your suggestions, if you like.
