Suck it up and walk up to her and do your thing. Get yourself psyched up and make your mind up to not give a crap whether she goes for it or not, even if just for a moment while you talk to her.

If you really want to reach her ..Pick up the phone!!!! Then you will know- But dont use the excuse of house buying, tell her the truth you want to speak to her "Can we have coffee together when your able?"(my 2 cents worth)
