Chemical burns, ruined clothes, 11 years, half a million dollars—it's not easy to improve the world's most popular toy. Yet the success of one inventor's quest to dye a simple soap bubble may change the way the world uses color

So no one thinks this is just the coolest thing in the whole world? This guy, an inventor, spent 11 years trying to invent colored bubbles. 3M and others had been trying for a long time and had given up. The applications beyond just this are immense. Imagine trying out a paint color, on your wall, and after 30 minutes, it simply vanishes. Or toothpaste which colors your kids teeth blue until they've brushed for 30 seconds.

    We're talking extreme perseverence.

I want to start a new fan club. This guy is a modern-day Bell! What he lacked in knowledge he made up for in persistence, in spades!
