I just had to share! Just found out this moment that I won my job...
Basically I've been contracting in Government roles for years always hoping that I would eventually go permanant. My job I am performing currently was advertised and I was the successful applicant! It also includes a pay rise. I'm absolutely delighted, I've been aiming for this for years.
There is a stigma associated with people who work in Government roles here in Australia that they are all lazy bums.... LOL! I can't wait to be part of the group!
