I have an old ink jet printer, scanner and a big-ass 21 inch monitor I don't need anymore. Anyone in the DFW area want one or more... or even better ALL of the stuff?

CHEAP!!! (I'll let the Scanner and Printer go to an Apostababe for a smooch on the cheek! )

(Apostadudes will have to "pay" for the Scanner and Printer by carrying them down to your car on your own!)

Geez, I just bought a new printer. I should've waited. It's generous and thoughtful of you to offer, elsewhere.

Ah, I see you've done some upgrading, eh? I'll bet you got a pair of LCD monitors.

Someone in your area will be very lucky. I am struggling to fix an HP laserjet 5L printer that refuses to work with windows XP service pack 2, it's an old model of 1997 but it works well and produces cheap prints at around 1 penny (2 cents each), though the other problem they have is that their pick up rollers need changing too often for my liking.

An LCD monitor will look much neater on a desk than a 21 inch CRT the difference will be very noticeable I was very pleased when I upgraded to an LCD and got so much space freed up on my desk. But above all the LCD is far less tiring for the eyes.

    I don't agree.

Personally I rather CRT. You can operate at any resolution and still have a clear picture. I like it at 800 x 600 with a 17 or 19 inch CRT. Yes it's big, but very easy on the eyes.

I tried a 19 inch LCD monitor, and I had to be in 1280 x 1024 to be in it's native resolution, and I had a hard time reading, and that tired my eyes alot.

By the way, I have good eyes, but reading in that resolution is not for me.

IF they came out with a 17 or 19 inch LCD monitor with 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 native resolution, I'd buy one.

Yeah... about a year ago I upgraded to a 21 inch 1600 x 1200 LCD monitor. Yes, it is sweet!

Regarding the CRT vs. LCD debate, I prefer LCD but I know a girl at work who HATES them and will only use a CRT.

I forgot to include a 13 inch color TV in the list...

LCD is the way to go, especially for space and easy on the eyes.
