The blood information has now been dissected and shown for what it is.
The custody brochure encourages members to commit perjury, which is unconstitutional and unlawful. This is another weak point. To verbally instruct members on how to twist truth and hide facts to courts and juries is one matter; to put it in print is stupidity.
First they dabble in medicine and science, which crosses a definite line, then they dabble in law-breaking via perjury.

I have this feeling that the blood misrepresentation article could be useful to examine the custody brochure.
If the blood issue can legally set the presedent in a court of law then it could open the door to further dissection of the custody brochure and therefore give non-JW parents a foot in the door to protecting their children from an organization that uses children to support their flawed beliefs
Ladylee, we can only hope. I have thought the Custody brochure would come under fire long ago. It is so subversive in nature.
But do elders (or the society) even admit to a 'custody brochure'? I thought they have one but no where in it does it say it is published by the wt and even elders are not allowed to keep a copy? Didn't someone on this board say they had on film (?) an elder in a court case lying about the existence of the brochure and then being handed one in court? (in the UK?)

I think the reason it has not come under fire yet is because of the"freedom of religion" rights have taken presidence.
But hopefully if it can be proven in court that the WTS uses deceptive arguments not only with their own members but with the courts then manybe... just maybe

Further, the Trinity brochure could be used as supporting evidence to show a history of partial quotations designed to mislead.

OMG That is priceless. Hang on to it. Make copies of it. Get it to someone who can make a DVD of it.
I would have loved to have been sitting in the courtroom when that blunder was made!!!
