  Practical ways we can assist and improve the lives of jaydubs.

  it's time all you mentally diseased and demon possessed heathen ex-jws acknowledged the fine works being achieved by the brothers.

  afterall, there are many here who continue to espouse the ruputed fact that the jws they know, or are related to, are decent, honest, loving persons.. perhaps it's just me, but as i reflect, i wonder, where were all wonderful persons when i was in the cult?

  a 'good' jw is a mythical creature, much like their god.. but anyhow, putting that aside - what are some down to earth practical ways we can help the brothers?.

  The Beard Starts TODAY

  it was only this past weekend that i finally stated (both aloud and in print) that i would never attend another meeting again.

  like many brothers before me, i have decided to symbolize this new dedication to freedom for myself and my family with a beard..

  let me be the first to stand up and throw some water on your newly bearded growth to baptise you into another world.

  a world of freedom, a world where you are not judged for wearing wrong hair styles, wrong clothes, and dirty shoes, your not judged for the way you bring your children up and how many meetings you miss. your not judged if you have not done your daily bible reading or studied your watchtower, or not gone on the service for one week.

  your baptised into the world of a cultless organisation may your beard grow strong, and altho you dont need to make statements, this is a statement from inside you to let you know you are now incontrol.

  let us know wen you have a tattoo (mine is one of a dragon ;)

  hi i dis - assd myself six years ago and only just found this site.. i wished i had found it years ago instead of having to ween off the cult practices i was born into for 35 yrs.. i had a very hard time adjusting and still find some things difficult to come to terms with.. i bumped into a "sister" i had last seen wen i left last week to find out she had left the "cult" as well and is a qualified reiki master and also a hypnotherapist.

  i think it is great she can carry on with her new life despite the ingrained teachings of demons.. i have divorced in the meantime and have done so much in the past six years than i ever did in the 35 years before.

  oh and i am much more conteded, i have no one over my shoulder telling me i am wrong for this or that!

  what a flurry of interesting topics on jwn lately!

  my oh my.. i haven't posted in the last few days... nor read the forum.. this last week i was back east visiting friends in the troof.. lucky for me it was assembly time, so packing and going to.

  natick assembly hall (boston, ma), and caught the sunday.

  it dont just happen over in the states here in uk the good ole jws cover things up as well.

  baptised brother abused 11 kids was found guilty by the law of the land and guess wat??? he wasnt even disfellowshipped. one of the abused childrens parents who took this "loving brother" to court called in bethel. they were told to forgive. jehovah is a loving god!!!!! and it was covered up a treat they were told not to discuss it with any other brothers or sisters. brushed under the carpet just like catholic priests who love little boys.

  wen i met with my old friend who also left the "truth" she said there are new views on having blood, apparently you can have diff parts of it now??? also that the date 1975 has been almost elimenated from all publications?? is this true?
