  christmas is almost here and it's time to discuss the watchtower belief that the star of bethlehem was, in fact, satan leading the magi from the east to jesus so that king herod can kill him.

  i never understood why they believe this as there is no scriptural evidence to suggest the star was anything more than a celestial beacon by god..
