JoinedBeen in the org for over 20 years after converting in late teens, answers to all the worlds problems did it for me. Just recently woken after seeing mistreatment of my kids and the crazy pressure they are under with the 'bad associations' rules.....Once I started researching, child abuse, shunning etc - it all fell apart - I feel like scales have been falling from my eyes for the last few months, can't believe I let a group of self-appointed men dictate my life to me and my kids. I still believe in God& Jesus Christ but whoever he has got to be more compassionate than me, so I don't believe he would kill 99.9% of the world population to prove a point.
