JoinedBorn into a JW family. Rather strict upbringing, no looking at worldy TV programs, hair always cut short even during the '70s when everyone had long hair - how embarrassing was that at school!Wasn't allowed to have school friends come to my house or to go to their houses after school. Learnt to play the piano but encouraged to mainly play Kingdom Melodies. Baptized at 18. Married to what turned out to be the most unsuitable marriage mate ever at age 21. Became Ministerial Servant in my late 20's. Struggled to do 10 hours ministry a month. Always felt under pressure to do more. Annoyed that others got away with loads of wrongdoing. Got more and more miserable in my marriage - won't say anything personal about her here as that would be unfair. Fell in love with someone I shouldn't have, but glad i did. Got d'fed in '02. Now realise how free I am. So happy in my second marriage. My kids are fantastic. Mum, dad, brother and everyone that claimed to be a friend of mine at the hall have not spoken to me for 4 years.My second wife is the one i should have married all those years ago - she is wonderful in every way.
