JoinedBorn in 1957 to a JW father (mother was a reluctant convert), baptised in 1973. Married in 1977 and had 4 children, three of which are out of the Religion, one still in. My husband passed away in 2001 and it was in the years just preceeding his death that I made the decision to leave the cult. He was also in serious doubt about the JW's being the ONLY true religion and had stopped attending meetings several years earlier. I make my living now teaching violin/fiddle and playing out in an occasional gig.
