Is someone know exacltly when the civil service was forbidden by the WT?
R. Franz has said in his book that it was during the 40's ? But when ?

I was under the impression that civil service was always forbidden, until the relatively recent change regarding alternate government service for those facing the draft.

I don't think so.
Russell was not against the military service, and some alternative
services as serving in medical's troops.Bye
