As you may be aware, next years "special" talk is to be given 1 week before the memorial. They have just issued the following instruction as well -
Please note that bodies of elders should not take steps to assign a speaker for the special talk until further information is provided by the branch office.

My tip is it will have to do with the steady increase over the years of partakers and they are going to try to put an end to it once and for all with new light.
