I am reading a fascinating book sent to me by a christian friend of mine from online. It is called The Mystery of Christ and Why we don't get it. It is written by an Episcopal priest.
I am finding it an extremely good read. It is opening up questions in my mind that I have not considered for quite a while.

Actually, part of the reason I decided to read the book was that I am continually perplexed by the need for people to believe in Jesus.
I for one think listening to all sides of a debate is not only fascinating but beneficial.

You got a long way in order to have a relationship with Jesus. Why don't you start by beliving in him first? And don't forget, we live in the year of our lord.

The author of the book is Robert Capon. I was really cynical when my friend told me he was sending me the book but I am enjoying it.
