  I'm actively seeking any news from anyone from this area about friends and family in this area. I am especially interested in the Coleman family, the Farr family, and my great aunt, Clara Carlson. I love them and miss them dearly. Any news that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. All contact will be kept confidential if you wish.

  I do know of the Farr family, and last I heard they were doing okay. I believe Michael Farr does drywall for a living, or at least he used to. Other than that, I don't know anything more. I'll try and get some more info. I know some people that know him. Hope that helps....

  Thank you jimbob, that would be appreciated. It's been 8 years since I have heard from them or how they feel about the being JW.

  Blondie, thank you. I have their addresses, but do not want to force contact. I have several different ways of making sure they have my contact information. This is just one medium.

  I was up in the Sea Tac area yesterday and was sorely tempted to go see them, but resisted. I had heard some information about my brother that made me want to go and give him a great big comforting hug. But contact has to be when they are ready to and not before then. I just want to be sure they have the means to contact me when they want to.

  The fact that I can find no address or phone number for Clara Carlson bothers me. I really loved my Aunt Clara. If she has died and they never bothered to tell me... well, that to me seems to me that they have gone far beyond disfellowshipping as the WTBTS has defined it. They have said that family business could be discussed, but to not even tell a person when somebody has died, well that is a really extreme position to take.

  Tammy, may you reach your goal. Family relationships are so difficult even without adding without the added problems from the JW organization. Here is a suggestion, check the Social Security site to see if someone is deceased. It's one place I check because my family won't tell me either. I have posted what I found in Oregon and Washington under Clara Carlson. If she is not there, she probably is still kicking.
