Thank you for that link, that was a extremely well written article. And frankly, no JW could rightly grumble about it because their point of view is clearly put over as well.
The pain that disfellowshipping puts people through is expressed very well in that stark headline!
When I read his name I thought "Kelsey Graham, that's Frasier, isn't it?!". Then it dawned on me that the person's name that I was thinking of was slightly different!!
