Does anybody have a scanned copy of the S77/S79 forms that are filled out by the judicial comitte when sombody is disfellowshipped? I would like to see what type of information they sent to Mother-borg when I was D/Fed.
Also, can you get a copy of the information in your file in Brooklyn or at the local Kingdumb Hall? Seems to me that, by law, they should be required to provide you with the information in it... your employer has to show you your personnel file if you ask to see it.
