Payroll tax alone would bankrupt the Jehovah Witnesses imediately. 1 Billion in service (employment) hours equates to 8 billion dollars of Payroll per year. Jehovah Witness Elite do not have liquid cash to meet a huge payroll. FICA and Medicare Tax alone would bankrupt the corporation at 600 MILLION per year. Worker’s Compensation would bankrupt the corporation at 400 MILLION per year. Categorizing “SERVICE HOURS” as employment would bankrupt the corporation immediately and provides an amazing FINANCIAL windfall for the Jehovah Witness Elite.

Jehovahnomics - "Jehovah Witness Elite do not have liquid cash..."

More accurately, the WTS itself does not seem have large amounts of liquid cash, but nevertheless, it's an important thing to remember.

It has losts of investments, but like any other organization based on a 20th-century capitalist business model, it requires constant growth to survive.

If the revenue flow slows to a trickle, they can't simply liquidate their assets to stay afloat.
