    not bitter

Was on another forum just now and pinched this idea.

These are some of the stereotypes I think we have of each other from watching TV. Its meant to be light hearted so lets have some fun with this.

    Americans

    all live in huge houses

    have great teeth

very friendly and enthusiastic with a tendancy to 'whoop whoop' and high five at the drop of a hat

    less snobby than us Brits

    not too good at geography.

paper boys always throw the paper onto the lawn from their bikes. In the UK you'd be sacked for doing that

Police in the south call everyone 'Boy'

Supermarkets pack your shopping in a large brown paper bag. Seems most impractical but I always thougth it was so cool when I watched Mary Beth coming home to Harvey with her brown bag (Cagney and Lacey)

    British

we all live in either tiny terraced houses or stately homes

we either speak RP or a cockney accent

    snobby

    we all have bad teeth

We sing around the piano either from the palour or the pub
