An usher? Someone ( maybe Cedars ) should contact that reporter. The position of "usher" does not really exist. The duties of an "usher" falls to an "attendant", which is usually a MS or Elder. A very small KH without enough help might have a rank and file Brother be an attendant.
Hopefully that story will be developed further. People are getting tired of child abuse and religious hypocrisy. Yay!!!!

They are not writing this for JWs. Probably trying to help the other 99.9% of the population understand his role in the Congregation.
If a legal team helped get this in the news, identifying him as an "usher" might create a better image of him as part of the "clergy" of the Congregation. You got to get to the WTS to find big money.
