Watkins is a JW.
Watkins’ life was saved by transfusion of a blood product known as Hemopure made from cow blood.
Watkins then proceeds to say “we do not accept blood products as part of our faith”.
The man whose life was just saved by him accepting transfusion of a blood product tells a reporter "we do not accept blood products". It don't get any more upside down that that, folks!
Watkins is a walking, talking example of Watchtower brainwashing.
News flash:
- Cryoprecipitate is a blood product.
- Hemopure is a blood product.
- Cryosupernatant is a blood product.
Jehovah’s Witnesses accept transfusion of all those blood products, and many more too.

I too thought that his rational was way off, blood is blood whether it is from a cow or a human. Brainwashing to the greatest degree....
