I'm drawing my conclusions from what was reported from MSNBC.

I plan to retrieve the actual court documents from an official source.

To my knowledge, sanctions from the state imposed on a sex-offender released from prison on parole or a convict on probation are by applied by registering them in a database.

    I just had three questions.

    1. Whether this offender was placed in the registry or not in the 1990's, were there any restrictions placed on Jonathan Kendrick by the state relative to his 1990's conviction? For example, some sex-offenders are not allowed to enter a church without violating thier parole or probation.

    2. Where did the abuse of this girl take place?

    3. Was Jonathan Kendrick married when he abused this girl?

The lawyer is on a conference call right now, call in if you can and ask yourself.

Conference call #: 712-432-8710; Listen for the operator and then hit Pin #9925. To comment later on in the interview, hit star 1 to unmute. Don't unmute unless you want to ask a question later on because the background noise in your home can be heard by everyone on the conf. line.

The fact that that lawyer is on six screens is disturbing. If someone knows the answer to my questions, fine. If not, thanks anyway. Ryan

It would have been good to have a thread like this going before the conference call to generate a list of good questions that we could have made sure get asked during the call with the lawyer.

I don't know the answer to your first question. Based on what I've read, and please forgive me, because I've read so many articles about this case that I can't cite where I got the information, here are the answers or at least legitimate suppositions to your other questions.

    2. Where did the abuse of this girl take place?

At least some of them took place when he took Candace out on field service.

    3. Was Jonathan Kendrick married when he abused this girl?

He was convicted of molesting his stepdaughter in 1993. I would hope that his wife would've divorced him for that, but I'm uncertain if she did. Within a few years' time, he moved to the North Fremont congregation where he started to molest Candace.

I hope someone with more details responds to this thread, because I'm curious about the details as well.
