Does anyone know if there is a specific time that can pass whereby the victims of the Watchtower child abuse settlement can talk openly about the case with no legal reprecussions? It would be interesting to hear their stories.....

I doubt if there is any statute of limitations on such an order.
It would be interesting to hear their stories, though.

there are none. That's what the money paid out is for. If one speaks on it, the WT can get their money back.

I expect the money buys silence which aids in closing a case before explosive litigation costs. You have to read the actual settlement and know the law of the state whose law control the agreement. I've never heard of one terminating.
