Did the Governing Body send an "Elders only" letter to the congregations?

They send these letters out to the BOEs fairly often. The interesting ones usually make their way online. Most are pretty dull stuff though, pertaining to policies and procuedures only elders care about.
Elders can log onto JW.org to read them now too, without needing to circulate them as in the old days.
