How do you find your Samsung? Is it a tablet?
I have one of their phones, and the software is the worst I've ever had to use.

Ah, mine is the 3G,, what a piece of junk! I hope your internet problem gets solved.... are you on WiFi in an apartment bldg? My friend had a problem with that, the 'net was always going down. His signal would get dropped, and he had quite a powerful pc.
He learned that the landlord had only paid for ONE connection, then used a router to (illegally) distribute the signal to all apts .... so if one person was playing something like WOW on line, they would hog the signal. Eventually, he had his own cabled 'net installed... it cost him, but full signal,, all the time was worth it.tal

no, I do not live in apt. I live in a house. I am living on my own. Comcast Internet do come down once in a blue moon. It is now up.
