Sugar Coating the Watchtower

I was reading the latest public Watchtower and

it was talking about Armageddon. The article

said that "soon God will destroy all of the wicked

and all those opposing God." Anyone who is not

a JW would not include themselves as God's targets

because they would not consider themselves as being

wicked or as opposing God. If the Watchtower printed

what it really meant ( God will destroy anyone who is

not a Jehovah's Witness ) then they would really be

seen for what they really are which is a cult.

I wish that the Witchtower would really print what

they mean and quit sugarcoating thier message.

I'm inactive and heard a talk by an Elder as to what happens to inactive baptized members: ''Any brother or sister who is inactive while Armageddon arrives will not enter the new earth.''

Ugh, such hubris! It's like they are God already. I think this scripture applies:

(1 Corinthians 4:8) 8 YOU men already have YOUR fill, do YOU? YOU are rich already, are YOU? YOU have begun ruling as kings without us, have YOU? And I wish indeed that YOU had begun ruling as kings, that we also might rule with YOU as kings.

They dont sugar coat it all the time.

There was an watchtower study article that stated that only JWs have hope for survivng the big A.

Im sure someone on here knows which one it was.

It is such a pile of dung. I can't believe I used to look forward to the new edition and underline the answers- man I'm ashamed of myself.

As soon as I learn a group thinks they are god's one and only I know they are fucked beyond reason, JW's, Mormons, or any mainstream group, selfish, ego, wacko, as a matter of fact all the real screwed up groups believe this, branch davidians, jim jones types, by their fruit you will know them or by the idea that they are the chosen ones I know to stay clear.

Slyly twisting words to take in and hoodwink.

Camouflaged charlatans, hypocrites that defraud and delude.

Those who proclaim their superiority betray honesty and stoop to the lie.

They manufacture sham propaganda and cheerful images of their make believe utopia.

Counterfeit prophets making absurd quack claims. Revealers of truth until they decide it must change.

Watch out, beware of this snare, of this racket. Because once you’re reeled in it’s hard to get out.
